I'm Aparna. I've been growing food in Stuttgart for six years — on a balcony, in raised beds, in containers — mostly vegetables from South Asian cooking that aren't easy to find at the local Gemüsehandel. I wrote this guide because I had to figure most of it out the hard way. I'd rather you didn't have to.
